Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) is a vital program designed to assist individuals dealing with chronic illnesses or disabilities, providing essential health and long-term care services. Managed Long-Term Care Plans (MLTCP) are structured to deliver comprehensive long-term care services, including home health and nursing home care, as well as ancillary and ambulatory services like dentistry and medical equipment. These services are financially supported through Medicaid, ensuring that members receive the necessary care without undue financial burden. Members can access primary care physicians and inpatient hospital services using their Medicaid and/or Medicare cards, making the process streamlined and accessible.

- Weekly Direct Deposit
- Pay Sick Leave
- Caregivers receive a competitive rate of $21 per hour.
- For every 30 hours worked, caregivers accumulate 1 hour of paid sick leave, with the ability to save up to 56 hours of sick leave in a year.
- This sick leave is also paid at the same rate of $21 per hour.
- Additionally, caregivers receive their pay on a weekly basis through direct deposit.
